Coronavirus - an update from the City Council

Coronavirus – Latest Information and Advice 11th March 2020

Coronavirus is of rising concern. While cases in this country are limited it could be that the World Health Organisation might declare a global pandemic in the future should the virus not be contained.

The UK Chief Medical Officers have raised the risk to the public from low to moderate but the risk to individuals remains low. Good hand hygiene is the best way to prevent transmission and infection.
