The CHICHESTER GALA on June 29 2024 is shaping up to be a super fun day for all the family.  Bands have now been revealed.

You will be entertained by SANDI THOM (“I wish I were a rock star”) THE BLUETONES ACOUSTIC (Britpop90s) and local artist SARAH COLLINS & FRIENDS BAND.

Day starts 11 am – 5 pm with a funfair, family fun, circus performers, music, choirs, dancers, etc. and the evening starts at 5pm to 9pm.

Get ready for a day and evening filled with fun, entertainment, and community spirit at the Chichester Gala! Join us as we come together to celebrate everything that makes our town special, from local talent and businesses to delicious food and exciting activities.

Daytime Delights: The daytime festivities promise something for everyone in the family! From thrilling funfair rides to delectable food stalls offering a variety of tasty treats, there’s no shortage of excitement. Plenty of fun for mums, dads and children.  Enjoy the lively atmosphere with music, dancing, and performances by local artists, including the unforgettable sight of a Woolly Mammoth and larger-than-life mascots roaming the park. TIMETABLE COMING SHORTLY!

Evening Entertainment: As dusk falls, Priory Park will come alive with the sounds of music! Three bands, including one local favourite and two impressive national acts (to be announced shortly), will take to the mainstage for an unforgettable evening of live performances. And to keep your energy up, delicious food and drink will be provided by local suppliers including The Taco Box, Sugar Blossom Cupcakes, BBQ and Yen Tai Food. A bar will also be onsite. Bring your chairs and blankets to enjoy the bands!

Community Support: We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the local businesses, both big and small, whose support has made the Chichester Gala possible. Special thanks to partners such as the Edward Cooke Family Law, University of Chichester, Oakwood Prep, and Lewis Brownlee Accountants for their generous contributions. And let’s not forget the local gems like Arabesque, Chichester Scouts, Brownies, and Choirs, who will be on hand to entertain and delight throughout the day.
