Chichester City Council has responsibility for the supply and maintenance of lighting to many public footways and public areas within the City.
Whilst maintenance is carried out on an agency basis by West Sussex County Council, any faults should initially be notified to the City Council who will then be able to confirm whether it falls within their area of responsibility.
