Community Liaison Sub-Committee
Meetings
The Community Liaison Sub-Committee reports to the Community Affairs Committee.
The Sub-Committee convenes as needed and is responsible for overseeing the development and management of the groups and organisations with which the City Council engages. Decisions made by the Sub-Committee are referred to the Community Affairs Committee for consideration, with new initiatives recommended to Full Council for approval and adoption where appropriate.

Further to the City Council’s Standing Orders, there are no Ex-Officio members of this Sub-Committee.
The Chair of the Sub-Committee is elected at the first meeting of the Sub-Committee.
The meeting times will also be decided at the first meeting of the Sub-Committee.
