The Town Clerk explained that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the format of the Awards Ceremony would be different this year. He said that the Assembly Room, because of its limited capacity and the number of guests normally invited, would unfortunately not be a suitable venue this time. Chichester Cathedral had been a suggested venue due to its larger capacity and the Town Clerk had sought costings for this. The date for the ceremony in the new year would be arranged in due course and members advised accordingly.

The meeting closed at 3.08pm.
