ALSO IN ATTENDANCE: Councillor Corfield, Deputy Town Clerk and the Committee and Communities Officer

60. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

RESOLVED to accept and approve apologies and reasons for absence from the meeting from the Mayor (Councillor Joy) and Councillor J Hughes.

61. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE IN MATTERS ON THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING

There were no declarations made by Members.

62. TO TAKE THE RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING AND CONSERVATION MEETING HELD AT 2PM 13 OCTOBER 2022 ON WHICH TRAFFIC CONSULTANT QUOTE TO ACCEPT

Minute 82 refers – Members agreed and it was RESOLVED that an order be placed in the sum of £6,950 + VAT with PJA traffic consultants for the production of a Southern Access Route traffic modelling report to be paid from the City Council’s CIL allocation (Transport).

63. TO RECEIVE AN ORAL REPORT OF OUTCOMES FROM THE PERSONNEL SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 12 OCTOBER 2022

The Chairman updated Members on the discussions held at the Personnel Sub-Committee held on 12 October 2022 and these were accepted and approved.
