PRESENT: Councillors Butler (AB), Vivian (JV).
ALSO IN ATTENDANCE: Town Clerk (TC), Planning Advisor (PA), Communications, Civic and Council Support Officer (CCCSO), Simon Oakley (West Sussex County Councillor)
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence had been received from Councillors, Chant, Gershater and The Mayor, Councillor McHale
2. MEETING CLOSED
The meeting was closed at 16.02pm as it was inquorate.
Any City Council comments to planning applications will be submitted via the City Council scheme of delegation to Officers.
All other matters are deferred to the next meeting of the Planning & Conservation Committee.
