NOTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PROPERTY SUB-COMMITTEE
HELD ON MONDAY 16 DECEMBER 2019 AT 2.30PM

- Property Manager, Member Services Support Officer

As the meeting was inquorate, the following can only serve as notes of any discussion that took place.
In this situation no executive decisions could be taken.
31. MINUTES
The Chairman noted that the Minutes of the Property Sub-Committee held on 1 October 2019 had been printed and circulated. However, as the meeting was inquorate the Sub-Committee was unable to approve them as an accurate record.
32. SWANFIELD DRIVE BUS STOP
The Property Manager advised the Chairman and Deputy Mayor that he was awaiting formal confirmation of a possible alternative funding stream for a new bus stop on Swanfield Drive. He stated that he hoped to update the next meeting of the Property Sub-Committee in the new year.
At this point the Town Clerk joined the meeting to advise the Chairman and Deputy Mayor that, as there were insufficient Sub-Committee and Ex-Officio members present there was nothing that could be done in terms of executive decisions.
33. ITEMS TO BE INCLUDED ON THE NEXT AGENDA
- As the meeting was inquorate the Agenda for this meeting will be carried forward to the next meeting with the following items added.
- Use of weedkillers by the Property Team
- Proposal to install Keats sculpture interpretation board
34. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
To be confirmed.
Post meeting note: In discussion with Members it was decided to hold another Property Sub-Committee on Tuesday 7th January 2020 at 10.30am in order that the Minutes could be written and the Finance Agenda sent out on Wednesday 8th January for the 14th January Finance Committee meeting.
