39. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

Noted that Councillors Dignum and J Hughes had sent apologies.

The Deputy Mayor was absent from the meeting.

As the meeting was inquorate, the Chairman closed the meeting and it was agreed to reschedule to Monday 23 January 2023.
