Personnel Sub-Committee
Meetings
The Personnel Sub-Committee reports to the Finance Committee.
The Sub-Committee meets as required. It is responsible for all human resource and personnel policies and structures within the City Council.

For 2025-2026, membership consists of 4 Councillors:
- Councillor Louise Pramas (LD) – Chair
- Councillor Judy Gershater (LD)
- Councillor Anne Scicluna (LD)
- Vacancy
There are no Ex-Officio members of this Sub-Committee.
The Chair of the Sub-Committee is elected at the first meeting of the Sub-Committee in each Council year.
The meeting times will also be decided at the first meeting of the Sub-Committee in each Council year.
