The Planning Delegation Sub-Committee was discontinued by decision of the Planning and Conservation Committee at their meeting on 22 May 2019 (minute 10 refers)
Prior to this, this Sub-Committee reviewed all planning applications with implications for a medium level of impact on the public realm, such as large-scale householder applications, changes of use or advertisements not conforming to the Chichester shop front design guidance.
The Minutes presented here are for historical completeness so that they can be referenced in conjunction with the Planning and Conservation Committee minutes.
