Learn Morning sessions (10.30 – 11.30am): These sessions are one-off tasters, so you can book the ones that interest you. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
- 11 Sept: Beach Junk Art – Saltwater Creations
- 18 Sept: Sing for Your Health – Sing2Health
- 25 Sept: Food and Mood – Chichester Wellbeing
- 2 Oct: Pilates & Journaling – Studio 44
- 16 Oct: Gardening for Wellbeing – Transition Chichester
Afternoon sessions (12.00 – 3.00pm): This five-week course includes foursessions delivered by Functional Skills UK, with a certificate awarded oncompletion. The final session focuses on budgeting and money management,delivered by CAP Money Coaching. To get the full benefit, we ask for a five-week commitment.

Tea, Toast, Talk

9:30 – 11:00 am
Join us at our Chichester food bank centre for a cuppa, aslice of toast, and a friendly chat.
Each week, a different local organisation will be on hand to offer support for life’s everyday challenges, including Social Prescribers, Supporting You and Citizens Advice We’ll also have NHS health checks. The Repair Cafe will be dropping into help with everyday clothing and household repairs.
A relaxed, no-pressure space to talk, connect, and feel supported.
