7. NET ZERO WORKING GROUP

Review Minutes and Report from the Net Zero Working Group Meeting on 20 MARCH 2025. (minutes attached)

8. STREET TRADING CONSENT APPLICATION – DISTINGUSIHED GENTLEMAN’S RIDE

The Street Trading Consent application for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is set for Sunday, 18th May 2025, between 10am and 4pm. The application, submitted by Chichester District Council, falls under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and is associated with the charitable motorcycle event. 9. STREET NAMING

Name change for property ‘The Acres’ in Minerva Heights (report attached)

10. STATEMENT OF PRERESENTATION PROCEDURE

The Chichester Local Plan outlines the development strategy and policy framework for the district, excluding the area covered by the South Downs National Park. Once adopted, the plan will guide planning decisions up to 2039.

The consultation invites feedback on the proposed modifications (report attached)

The filming, photographing and recording of City Council meetings is now permitted by those members of the press and public attending. This includes the use of mobile devices by those using social media. It would be appreciated if anyone who wishes to do this could let the Chairman know before the meeting commences.

However, these provisions will not apply on occasions where the press and public are excluded from the meeting when confidential matters are discussed.

It is requested that discretion is exercised, and nothing done to disrupt or distract the meeting in any way. The Chairman will reserve the right to request that filming/recording ceases if it is having a detrimental effect upon the meeting. If you do not wish to be filmed then please let the Chairman know so that alternative arrangements can be made
