Objection. The proposal lacks sufficient outdoor amenity space to serve the potential occupants. The design and materials of the three houses are out of keeping with the character of the area. The proximity of the buildings to neighbouring gardens and the buildings’ height, mass and bulk would harm neighbouring amenity.
