PL2025/40 – LOCAL PLAN UPDATE
To receive a briefing on the current position of the Local Plan and risks of speculative development following the recommendation to permit an application for 74 new homes in Runcton on a site not currently allocated in the Local Plan.

PL2025/41 – RESPONSE TO THE CDC CONTAMINATED LAND STRATEGY CONSULTATION
To consider if the City Council wish to submit a response to the CDC Contaminated Land Strategy consultation: www.chichester.gov.uk/contaminatedland.
PL2025/42 – STREETNAMING
To consider names for two newly developed blocks of flats in the CIty Centre. (report to follow)
PL2025/43 – NET ZERO AND ENVIRONMENT MATTERS
To consider if the Committee wish to respond the the Draft Local Nature Recovery Strategy consultation. Details of the draft Strategy can be found here: https://yourvoice.westsussex.gov.uk/lnrs-west Planning Adviser to report. Net Zero Report Review, defining what is left to achieve.
PL2025/44 – ENFORCEMENT MATTERS
Town Clerk to report on enforcement matters concerning planning and conservation.
PL2025/45 – TRAFFIC ISSUES
Discussion on traffic issues, including SID and SAM placement rota. Review the attached document for details.

The filming, photographing and recording of City Council meetings is now permitted by those members of the press and public attending. This includes the use of mobile devices by those using social media. It would be appreciated if anyone who wishes to do this could let the Chairman know before the meeting commences.
However, these provisions will not apply on occasions where the press and public are excluded from the meeting when confidential matters are discussed.
It is requested that discretion is exercised and nothing done to disrupt or distract the meeting in any way. The Chairman will reserve the right to request that filming/recording ceases if it is having a detrimental effect upon the meeting. If you do not wish to be filmed then please let the Chairman know so that alternative arrangements can be made
