3. MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND CONSERVATION COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 10 OCTOBER 2024
To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the Planning and Conservation Committee meeting held on 10 October 2024.

6. UPDATE ON NEW LISTED BUILDING CONSENT APPLICATION ON WEST WALLS PLAQUE

7. PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON CHICHESTER TANNERY REDEVELOPMENT
Leather tanning operations ceased by the early 1960s and the present office buildings on the site have fallen into disrepair being no longer fit for purpose.
The consultation will run from 25 October to 11 November 2024 and will be hosted at thetannery.consultationonline.co.uk, with an in-person public exhibition being held from 16:00-20:00 on 4 November at the Assembly Room at Chichester City Council offices.
8. PROPOSAL FOR TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER – ORCHARD GARDENS TO BE MADE INTO A SCHOOL STREET – CLOSED TO MOTOR VEHICLES BETWEEN 8.15AM-9.00AM and 2.30AM-4PM (TIMES TO TBD)
Committee to discuss and comment on the plans. (report attached).

The filming, photographing and recording of City Council meetings is now permitted by those members of the press and public attending. This includes the use of mobile devices by those using social media. It would be appreciated if anyone who wishes to do this could let the Chairman know before the meeting commences.
However, these provisions will not apply on occasions where the press and public are excluded from the meeting when confidential matters are discussed.
It is requested that discretion is exercised, and nothing done to disrupt or distract the meeting in any way. The Chairman will reserve the right to request that filming/recording ceases if it is having a detrimental effect upon the meeting. If you do not wish to be filmed then please let the Chairman know so that alternative arrangements can be made
