NEW – A History of Chichester in 500 Street Names book published
Chichester City Council is pleased to announce the publication of “A History of Chichester in 500 Street Names”.
This book is a revised and extended edition of our previous publication “The Street Names of Chichester” which was originally the brain child of Ken Green and was last revised by the City Council in 2008.
Local historian David Wilson and Councillor Anne Scicluna have extensively updated the previous edition with the new publication containing over 500 street names and nearly 100 all new colour photos of the streets of Chichester.
It is a treasure trove of information and would make an ideal gift at this time of year.
The new edition costs £5 and copies can be purchased in person from the Council House, North Street, during opening hours.
If you cannot get to the Council House, we can send out small quantities – please email administration@chichestercity.gov.uk, including your full name and address.
UK postage costs for the first copy are £2 with £1 additional postage for each extra copy up to a maximum of 5 copies.
Once we have your request you will be sent an electronic invoice which can be paid online. Your order will be sent once payment has been received.
