Freedom ceremony – Philip Jackson, CVO, DL, MA, FRBS – video now available

Chichester City Council recently bestowed the Freedom of the City of Chichester on renowned local sculptor, Philip Jackson.

Due to the restrictions in place during the pandemic, the ceremony was held via Zoom.
