Are you a Chichester based community group?
Is your fundraising a problem?
Would a small grant help?
If the answer to these questions is ‘Yes’, it’s time to contact Chichester City Council and find out if they can help.
You will need to be :
- A not for profit making organisation
- Chichester focused, either in organisation or target group
- Able to provide a simple Business Plan outlining why a grant would help your organisation
- Able to provide a copy of your latest Audited Accounts or an Income & Expenditure Sheet for the last financial year

The City Council will consider all applications at their Community Affairs Committee meeting twice a year in April and October.
The next Community Affairs Committee meeting to discuss Discretionary Grant applications will be held on Monday 6 April 2020.
All Discretionary Grant applications must be submitted no later than 12pm on Friday 27 March 2020 for consideration at this meeting.
All successful Discretionary Grants will be paid by BACS payment following either the Full Council Meeting in April or December. One representative of the organisation will be asked to attend the Full Council Meeting to give a brief presentation on the role of the organisation and how the money will be expended.
